Our Team has varied experience in Fire, Mold, and Water remediation, Surgical site decontamination, Residential and Commercial Cleaning. Our niche is Restorative Deep Cleaning including New and Post Construction Cleaning, and Real Estate Preparation.
Customized Schedules
Our team is flexible with scheduling, and are able to take on larger projects because of a consistent, educated and dynamic team model. We accept one time, or rotational Cleaning Clients.

We choose to practice sustainably and use Plant Based, Earth Choice & Green products whenever possible. Taking the best care of our Earth, team and client is most important. All products and equipment are included and brought onsite the day of our visit. We use commercial grade HEPA filtered vacuums, and take the highest care of our equipment so it arrives ready and functional to your home or business. Some brands that we Support are Norwex, Odoban Earth Choice, Andalou Naturals, Grab Green and 7th Generation. We also make our own proprietary Multi-purpose Solution using natural ingredients, Essential oils and Purified water.
Covid 19 Safety
The entire team is educated on the importance of Covid 19 guidelines and safety including, social distancing, hand hygiene and mask use when requested. A nurse is on staff to review any illness concerns.

Alana and Cody completely blew me away with their service! From the moment I met them, they were so welcoming, caring, compassionate, and professional. We had our initial meeting to discuss what services I would like for my residential home, frequency, and cost. They are very upfront about the cost (and explain everything that it covers). They asked me questions about what I was looking for as well as questions to get to know me on a personal level. During our initial meeting they explained everything that I would except from the first initial clean and then what I would except moving forward.
The day their crew came to my house was amazing. Their staff was extremely friendly, asked questions, let me know if they noticed anything that they might need to spend extra time on, and did a complete walk through afterwards. The job was beyond what I was expecting. My house not only looked amazing but it felt amazing. The cleaning products they used left a beautiful but subtle cleaning smell. After the crew left I also received a detailed list of everything that was completed. Which was very nice to have.
One thing I absolutely love is how full service they truly are. It was mentioned that they were able to bring my old items to goodwill for me (and will provide a donation receipt), hang pictures, and even pick up groceries if needed. They take the time to help with any errands that I may need. I had mentioned that I was have guest over the weekend of my first cleaning appointment and Alana had asked if there was anything they could do to help me prepare for the guest arrival. We talked about getting a floral arrangements and Knox Cleaning so very graciously offer $50 towards the floral arrangements. They partnered with a local farmer and brought the arrangement to my first appointment. And it was BEAUTIFUL!
To me.. this is more than “just a cleaning company”. I cannot recommend Alana & Cody enough.

Alana, the owner is not only joyful, but extremely professional. I was amazed at how clean our house was after two days of deep cleaning. We utilized their services because we had 31 windows installed throughout our entire house. There was dust and debris everywhere. But when Alana's team was finished with their deep cleaning, I felt like I had walked into a brand new home. Our home is 28 years old and has never been treated with such a fine tooth comb as Alana's team did for us. For example, they used a toothbrush to remove dust on each of our dining room chairs and wiped down every stairway spindle in our home. They wiped down all our walls in addition to all pieces of furniture in every room. Thank you so much for all your efforts. We greatly appreciate all the attention to detail your entire team bestowed onto each and every room in our home! I am beyond impressed!
